We are moving to the Stanford area in July due to a Sabbatical and looking for a house/duplex for a family of 4 (with 5 year old twins) for a one year lease. Preference to Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Redwood City, and anything else that is within 30 minutes of commute. Highly responsible renters (homeowners, credit score >750).
