Incoming Stanford Biodesign Fellow Seeking Accommodation Near Campus

Hi everyone, my name is Kakooza. I’m an incoming Stanford Biodesign Fellow, male, looking for housing from July 26, 2026 through July 2027, ideally near campus or within a reasonable commute.

A bit about me: I’m from Uganda, and if you’ve watched Black Panther/Wakanda, some of the beautiful aerial landscape shots were filmed in my country. I’m a non-smoker, tidy, respectful, and easygoing. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, catching sunsets, and spending time outdoors. I also know my way around the kitchen, especially when it comes to traditional Ugandan and African cuisines, so I’m always happy to share a good meal.

I value a good balance of community and personal space, and I’d be grateful for any leads on a room.
