NYC Apartment Fidi / Tribeca looking for long-term roommate

I'm headed to NY after grad and signing a 1 YR lease starting July for a 2BR, 2 bath in Tribeca or Fidi. 3500-4500 per person rent. Here's a potential place my broker is looking at. If you are interested, shoot me a message.
