Looking for male flatmate in 2B2B in Mountain View

I am looking for someone to take over my lease of one bedroom in a 2B2B in Mountain View, CA
Expected move-in date: mid March to mid April.
Rent: $1700 per month

Apartment features:

• Spacious bedroom with walk-in closet.
• Spacious living room and dining area, already equipped with furniture. Two bathrooms, one on each floor. Wooden floors throughout. Patio attached to the living room.
• Kitchen: Refrigerator, Oven, Range, Dishwasher
• Gym, swimming pool, and lounge area
• Adjacent to Rengstorff park with tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, swimming pools.
• 20 mins walk to Caltrain station and Walmart, Safeway, Trader Joes.

My current flatmate will continue to live in the other bedroom. He is Indian, works in a well-known engineering company, friendly and reasonable, and does his share of maintaining the house. He is male, does not smoke, does not have late night parties/noise, and prefers a flatmate who also satisfies the same.
