•    Entry through the exterior door (a glass door); tenant shall use the side gate to enter the property

Agreement terms:

•    Monthly rent: $1,500 (month-to-month)

•    Security deposit of $750 is required

•    Each party may cancel the agreement upon 30 days written notice (or email)
