Looking for 1B1B apartment near Stanford - can move-in ASAP

Hi,

I'm Yiwen, a current postdoc at Stanford in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. My husband is joining me as well, he is a PhD in mechanical engineering. We are have lived on-campus for 6 years at Stanford and was unable to secure a housing for the next year due to low priority level and bad lottery number. We are responsible tenants with steady incomes.

We are looking for:

• 1B1B Apartment (preferably not shared)
• Close to Stanford
• ideally $3000/month
• Move-in date: as soon as possible
• temporary or 1-year
